Terms and Conditions

Duty of Client:

CLIENT will obtain all permissions necessary for Sha Collier and Collier Photography to photograph at the SHOOT. Sha Collier and Collier Photography have no duty to obtain permission at reception centers, churches, buildings, properties, or other locations to operate thereon. CLIENT agrees that any failure to obtain these permissions resulting in fines to the photographer, or which prevent the photographer from photographing the event(s), is not the fault, liability, or responsibility of the photographer.

Model Release:

CLIENT grants permission to Sha Collier and Collier Photography and its assigns, licensees, and sublicensees permission to use the CLIENT’S image, or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses. Therefore, Sha Collier and Collier Photography may use the CLIENT’S likeness and image on Sha Collier and Collier Photography website, or other advertising. CLIENT grants permission to Sha Collier and Collier Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. CLIENT hereby releases Sha Collier and Collier Photography and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or videos.
